As you can imagine there are thousands of products on the market and it is very difficult for us to list it all. Do you provide a customer satisfaction guarantee on your products?
Due to the fact that we do not solely manufacture our products and we rely on our suppliers and distributors, we are unable to provide this guarantee. This does not mean that we do not back our products. When they are sent out, they are quality checked to ensure there are no damages.
If there are any issues with our products please do advise us as soon as possible we can resolve any situation.
Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
Why not? If it is hasn't left our warehouse and it hasn't been picked up by our couriers then most certainty.
If it is on its way then you are welcomed to return it to us if the package is unopened. But the cost of this return will need to be worn by you.
What payment methods do you take?
We have tried to setup our website so you have the flexibility of ordering and paying through different methods. What we have available is Credit Card (MASTERCARD/VISA), PayPal, Money Order, Cheque, and Bank Deposit (EFT)
We wear all the cost of the transaction and DO NOT pass it on to our customers. This ensures you the amount you see upon payment is the only amount you will see. No hidden fees.
Can I pick up my orders?
Unfortunately not. We have setup our business purely to be online - this saves on cost to our business and ultimately saves cost to you. Can I buy your products from overseas and do you send them overseas?
Yes yes and yes! Our team does not discriminate on where you live. We ship to most countries and have done so for years through our other networks. Our shipping calculator automatically calculates the shipping cost and provides you with an accurate price. This ensure you are completely aware of the total cost of the order.
