White Flower Analgesic Oil is generally used and inhaled to help clear sinus congestions.

Relieve your sinus headache quickly by applying one drop of White Flower Oil with a cotton swab under your nose. Hold the bottle of White flower Oil and inhale, or add three drops to a handkerchief and deeply inhale. Apply the oil on your temples, forehead or the top of your head using cotton balls, to help relieve your headache. Massage White Flower Oil into your neck, focusing on the areas with the most pain or strain.
Colds and Flu
Inhale White Flower Oil to clear your stuffy nose and chest from a cold or flu. Put a couple of drops on your hands, cup your hands, and breathe deeply. Place two or three drops onto a tissue, cotton ball or handkerchief and inhale
Muscle Pain
Massage White Flower Oil gently into your muscles and joints to relieve pain temporarily. Have someone massage this oil on your back if you have a backache. Rub White Flower Oil on your bruises, sprains and arthritis for relief.
