Zheng Gu Shui translates to “Bone Healing Water” and in traditional Chinese medicine is used to improve circulation, reduce muscle cramps, relieve muscular soreness and stiffness and helps relieve symptoms of mild arthritis. A favourite of martial artists and athletes, this liniment can be used for tendonitis, sprains, and strains.
